The Niskayuna High School Program of Studies for 2022-23 is now available. This is the guide that all students currently in grades 8-11 will use to plan their courses for next year.

Students and families are encouraged to take a look at the Program of Studies to begin planning for next year. You may want to bookmark the link above, but you will always be able to find a link to it from the left side of any page on the high school website (“High School Links”) and our NHS Counseling Center page.
The Program of Studies contains a timeline for the course selection process that we encourage you to review at this time.
In January/Early February, students will meet with their counselors to review teacher recommendations for course selections. By April, student course requests are made available for parental review and discussion. Course changes require parent/guardian permission and are due by the end of the year so that schedules can be finalized over the summer. You will receive communication throughout the scheduling process with reminders of important dates.
