Other Notes
- In the past, we have found it helpful for students to color code their binders/folders by subject area. This helps keep students organized throughout their day and in their lockers.
- Paper and thin plastic folders do not tend to survive past the first 10 weeks of school. If possible, purchase sturdier supplies that will last all year.
- Throughout the year, there may be additional projects that require specialized supplies. Teachers will contact parents with plenty of notice to purchase any specialized supplies.

- ALL STUDENTS: Texas Instruments TI-30X IIS or similar scientific calculator (Most students already have this calculator from grades 6-7.) This calculator will be used on the NYS Math 8 exam as well as the NYS Science exam. (Please note that this calculator is also used at the high school on Regents science exams where graphing calculators are not allowed).

- Passive Stylus for your Chromebook (labeled with your name)
- Recommended: Extra USB-C Chromebook charger to keep at home so the school-supplied charger can stay at school to be used when necessary.
