Please note that Birchwood will dismiss early today at 12:30 p.m. due to the return of the odor that caused the fire alarm at school the other day to be activated. Dismissal will begin at 12:30 p.m. and ALL students will be dismissed by bus at that time.
Students who typically attend the afterschool program at the JCC will be transported to the JCC at that time.
Students who attend the Kids Time program at Birchwood will be transported to the JCC for afterschool care as well.
Students who attend the TSL program will be transported to Hillside Elementary School temporarily and will be transported to TSL per the usual schedule.
All students have had lunch.
We apologize for this inconvenience. Given the circumstances, particularly the cold weather, this was the best course of action.
