The Zonta International Club of Schenectady is awarding four scholarship awards.
Jean M. Coon Scholarship ($1,000) & Renie Frederighi Scholarship ($500) Criteria

- Must be a high school junior or senior girl
- Academic achievement is not a factor
- Based on demonstrated humanitarianism in word and deed as reflected by actual commitment of time and effort to community service.
The winner moves on to district level and possible additional money.
Young Women in Leadership Scholarship ($1,000) & Georgiana Murray Award ($500)

- Must be a high school junior or senior girls
- Evidence of active commitment to volunteerism.
- Evidence of experience in local or student government.
- Evidence of International Awareness.
- Evidence of dedication to advancing the status of women.
The winner moves on to district level and possible additional money.
