We want to let you know about a new program that will be available to some Niskayuna K-5 students this upcoming summer.
The Elementary Summer Program aims to provide maintenance of academic skills and intervention for our students of highest academic needs who do not otherwise qualify for summer programming, such as Extended School year (ESY) through special education services.
The program will be a half day (8am – 11am) and run Monday through Thursday, beginning July 8 through August 1.

This program is by recommendation only for students who meet specific academic criteria. Staff will contact individual families to recommend that their students attend the program. We anticipate those recommendations will be received by families no later than May 1, 2024.
Parents/guardians will be able to RSVP to the invitation if they are interested. Due to space limitations, a waitlist will be created once program capacity has been reached.
