The school calendar for the ensuing year will be developed by the Superintendent of Schools and presented to the Board of Education for approval in the spring of each year.
The calendar shall meet or exceed state requirements for student attendance and shall comply with the collective bargaining agreement currently in effect with the Niskayuna Teachers Association.
