The use or possession of tobacco products or accessories, e-cigarettes or vapor instruments and/or products and dab pens and/or cartridges of any kind by students in school buildings, on school property or in vehicles owned or operated by the District or at school sponsored events is prohibited.
Violation of the Code of Conduct regarding tobacco use will result in parent notification, referral to the school counselor, other disciplinary action and may include additional education in the risks and health effects of tobacco use.
