The Board of Education recognizes the possibility of maintaining summer schools and programs for its students. Annually, the Superintendent of Schools shall determine and recommend the possibility of providing summer school programs for residents and non-resident students in grades nine to twelve. Students may take advantage of summer schools to repeat courses, improve a failing or low grade or for purposes of enrichment or acceleration.
