Board of Education Policy 2120: Board-Staff Communications

The Board of Education wishes to maintain open channels of communication between itself and the staff. The basic line of communication will, however, be through the Superintendent of Schools.

All official communications, policies, and directives will be communicated to staff members through the Superintendent. The Superintendent will develop appropriate methods to keep staff fully informed of the Board’s concerns and actions, and for staff to communicate information related to district operations. Contractual provisions to provide lines of communication will be honored.
