As part of the capital project at Iroquois, contractors planted sod in areas closest to the school.
The sod was planted in phases from September 2023 to October 2024.
Unfortunately, the sod did not take root. Our construction team attributes this to a combination of maintenance issues and drought conditions during the growing seasons.
We are establishing a remediation plan with our site contractors, who will return to properly establish the grass in late summer/early fall of this year.
We believe that the community will notice significant improvements as soon as this fall.
