The film Angst is designed to raise awareness around anxiety – a very real issue that affects students and families in communities everywhere, including our own. The documentary includes interviews with kids, teens, educators, experts, and parents. The goal of the filmmakers is to help people identify and understand the symptoms of anxiety and encourage them to reach out for help. The film and corresponding materials provide tools, resources and above all, hope.
