National School Lunch Program Survey: District Partners on Graduate Research Project

Dear Niskayuna Families,

You may be aware that the district has a partnership with the Capital Region BOCES Shared Food Services Department. As part of this, we are working with an intern from the University of Albany School of Public Health’s master’s program on a research project about the National School Lunch Program. The goal of this project is to make the application process easier for families and help improve our school lunch programs.

The survey is being conducted across the many districts that the BOCES partners with. We are asking you to spare a few minutes of your day to take a short survey. Participation in this survey is confidential and your identity will not be revealed.

You can take the survey here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfyAqUoZDmTBwztAHqMqvBSsn3n72ezSUjVvEcQmbrZ6hVTOQ/viewform?usp=sf_link

We thank you for your participation in this important project.

As an additional note, families are able to apply for free- and reduced-price meals at any time. Niskayuna families can begin the process here.
