Join the Thoughtexchange: What’s On Your Mind About Next Year?

As we look ahead to next year, we want to know what’s on your mind. Our plan is to have all students K-12 learn in person next year. At the same time, we know that state health and safety guidelines are likely to evolve and we will need to be prepared for different scenarios. We also want to learn as much as possible from the experience of this year – and we need your help to do that!

Today, I invite you to join us in a Thoughtexchange to help inform our decision-making. The question we are asking: As we plan for next year, what experiences and lessons from this year should we be considering? What’s going well and what would you like to see change or improve?

We are all experiencing a pandemic together, so this is an important conversation and I hope you participate. As a friendly reminder, Thoughtexchanges are anonymous and you can return back as often as you like to share more and rate the thoughts of others.

This exchange will be open through Wednesday, March 24. The feedback and priorities identified will be reviewed as we:

  • Continue the 2021-22 school budget development process.
  • Reflect on and update our strategic plan in the weeks ahead.
  • Review any forthcoming state health and safety guidelines and make academic and operational decisions for next year.

Thank you again for your time and we look forward to your thoughts.
