Graduation Livestream: Details for Uploading Student Photos & Messages

Dear Seniors:

On Friday, May 22nd, you should have received an email from in your school email account. The subject of this email was “Create Your Graduation Slide”. Please follow the instructions in this email to create your personalized slide for the virtual graduation ceremony. When creating your slide, please keep the following in mind:

  • Please upload a picture of you in your cap and gown.
  • You have 150 characters to write a personalized message on your slide. This can be anything you want as long as it is appropriate for school. Some ideas could include what your plans are for next year, accomplishments from high school, clubs/sports you participated in, inspirational quotes, etc… Again, it is up to you what you want to write.
  • Please follow the instructions to record the correct pronunciation of your name.
  • Once you hit submit, the last step is to record a personalized video if you would like. You can click on the “See How It Works!” link to get an idea of what other students have done. The maximum length of the video is 10 seconds.

The deadline for submitting your information/video is June 8th. This is a hard deadline that is set by StageClip so that they can make sure the virtual graduation ceremony is completed on time. If you do not get this submitted by June 8th, your slide will include your name only and they will try their best to pronounce your name correctly.
