Communications Survey Results Summary

The Niskayuna Central School District conducted a District Communications Survey from June 18 through July 9, 2018. The online survey was voluntary and anonymous, and was taken by a total of 511 respondents. While the survey is not scientific, the results do provide information about the perspective of more than 500 stakeholders. We thank everyone who took the time to complete it!

The results will help inform the district’s 2018-19 communications plan and will serve as a baseline for future years. Based on what was learned through the survey, the district will be improving how staff contact information is displayed on the website and will continue to focus on sharing information about the strategic plan, career and technical education, and the approach to facilities improvements. The results reinforced the role e-mail plays in sharing district information and the importance of communicating about school safety.
