This online form is a required step in seeking approval to attend a conference or workshop. Completed forms go directly to the committee, which will let you know if the request has been approved following its next meeting. ACCESS THE FORM
Use the Service Desk to submit requests for help. This service is hosted by BOCES NERIC, but requests are handled by Niskayuna IT staff. All employees should be able to log in, but using this system to request help is not mandatory. Submit a ticket
