Each year, the CASDA-sponsored program honors local high school seniors who have distinguished themselves academically and who demonstrate leadership, citizenship and service. The students were asked to nominate a teacher who influenced them most in their education. Evans chose social studies teacher Rosemary Hirota-Morris, while Nevins selected foreign language teacher Tom Caffrey. The students and their teachers will celebrate these honors at a banquet on April 25 at the Desmond.
