Health and Fitness

You do not have to be a swimmer to take these courses

"Aqua Aerobics"
is a general term used to describe different levels of water exercise.

We offer two types of aqua aerobic
 work-outs:

Aqua fitness- a combination of low-impact workouts that focus on strengthening, conditioning, muscle flexibility.  approximately half the class takes place in the shallow end of the pool and half in the deep end.

Deep Water Aerobics - a high-energy, low impact exercise program that takes place entirely in the deep end of the pool.  Participants use an aqua belt that keeps them buoyant in the water while exercising.
