How to use the new alumni database
Welcome to our new database, which has been
introduced to provide a more user-friendly,
reliable way for alumni to keep in contact. To
help ensure the accuracy of database
information, please do not share your username
or password with others. Please note that
administrators of this database will never ask
for your username or password.
Information for:
Existing
users (i.e. you had an entry in the old
database, which has been transferred to the new
one)
New
users
Existing Users:
Your passwords are now your usernames
When the alumni entries from the old database
were transferred to the new database, all
passwords were changed to match usernames.
For example, if your username previously was "JohnSmith,"
your username and password are now "JohnSmith."
To help ensure no one is able to edit your
profile besides you, we suggest you change your
password from your
username. You
can do this by accessing the Edit Your Profile
page.

Have you forgotten your username?
Fill out
the online form and your username will be
e-mailed to you.
Existing Users:
Duplicate usernames
With the new database, a username can only be
used to create and edit one profile entry. In
the previous database, some usernames were used
for multiple entries. When the old data was
transferred to the new one, those duplicate
usernames were changed to the name of the person
on the entry (and the password is also the name
of the person). For example, if you used the
username "John" to create entries for John Smith
and Mary Smith in the old database, the
username/password for John Smith's entry is
"John," while the username/password for Mary
Smith is now "MarySmith." Problems accessing
