The Board of Education furnishes textbooks and library books on a loan free basis as well as certain special, general and extracurricular supplies and equipment. The practice of charging additional fees for such materials is to be held at a minimum and must be in accord with procedures developed by the Superintendent of Schools.
For all loaned or rented materials, students are responsible for returning these materials by a designated due date, undamaged except for normal wear. Students will be held financially responsible for lost or damaged materials. Fines may be imposed by the administrative staff for the destruction, loss or damage to school property. Students may be subject to arrest for vandalism to school property.
